When ordering, a deal is met first when balckcoffee.se has confirmed your order. An order confirmation will be sent out within three hours after your order has been received by balckcoffee.se. If your delivery time is changed you will be notified as soon as we know.

Coffee Subscriptions
Subscriptions will be renewed continuously with 1 month cancellation time. Subscriptions below 1.5kg will be sent to your mail box. Subscriptions over 1.5kg will be sent to a service point.


All orders within the EU include VAT.

3. Shipping

Private orders
Free shipping inside Sweden with orders over 400 SEK, otherwise 55 SEK domestic to service point. We also offer home delivery for 70 SEK (beloe 1.5kg).
ATTENTION! Only applies to mail boxes, not directly through doors.


Free shipping for orders of 12kg or above, otherwise 120 SEK domestic.

International shipping
Inside EU: Free shipping over €80 (800 SEK), otherwise €15 (150 SEK).
Outside EU: Free shipping above €120 (1200 SEK), otherwise €25 (250 SEK).

Pick up

If you order 3kg or more you are eligible for pick up at the roastery on Polhemsgatan 30, Wednesdays between 15:00-15:30.

Klarna Checkout will present some information as soon as you are identified. Klarna Checkout will not issue immediate credit checks but might depending on chosen mode of payment. Credit checks made by Klarna Checkout will not affect your credit score and will not be seen by others whom are demanding credit checks, e.g. banks. If credit is denied you will have to choose another mode of payment, such as by card or Klarna Direkt, otherwise contact Klarna.

Card payment
Secure card payment through VISA, Mastercard/Eurocard and American Express. No transaction fee is applied. No card information is stored with us, they are saved with our partner Klarna. Card transactions handled by Klarna are PCI-DSS certified.

Klarna - Fakturabetalning


Payment against Klarna Invoice occurs within 14 days. No invoice fee is applied. The invoice will be sent via email as the order is shipped from our roastery. To pay by invoice the order must be sent to your registered address and you need to provide correct and complete personal information.
Upon delayed payment, Klarna will add a delay fee of 60 SEK as well as delay interest. Upon no payment the matter will be passed on from Klarna to the collection agency Segoria and legally justified collection fees will be added.

Klarna - Delbetalning

You may pay your order over several installments through your Klarna account, starting from 1/24 of the total amount, though at least 50 SEK per month. You can, at any time, pay the remainder of the debt. Your account will then be automatically terminated. Complete terms and conditions are found with Klarna.


Klarna Direkt
Klarna - Direktbetalning

With Klarna Direkt you pay immediately upon purchase using your Bank-ID. Money is drawn 1-2 days after the ordered items have been sent. Activate this service by logging in at klarna.se and registering an account.


Orders made before 10:00 on regular working days are processed the same day and delivered 1-2 days later inside Sweden and 2-5 days within Europe. We reserve the possibility that all items may be sold out before the web page is updated and the customer will then be informed about the expected delivery time. The customer always reserves the right to cancel a purchase without cost if the purchased item is not in stock. Packages are delivered by DHL or other couriers to service point or sent by mail.


Sometimes delays may occur with the couriers, which are beyond our control. This may happen, for example, when the courier is unable to fulfil its delivery duties to us or problems in the manufacturing process. If this occurs, we deny the responsibility to reimburse customer for the damages caused by delayed deliveries. You can trust that we always get in touch if the delivery is delayed. The customer has the right to cancel a delayed order, free of charge.


Balckcoffee.se take responsibility for deliveries to the customer.


Upon receiving your order, please check immediately so that everything is correct. If you have received an incorrect order or damaged goods, please get in touch immediately at [email protected].


Coffee is a product exempt from open buy terms.


If you wish to return damaged or incorrect goods, please contact us for further instructions. Contact us through email at [email protected] before you send anything. Please add invoice/receipt so that we may identify the return. Remember that you are responsible for the shipping here.
If a disagreement should occur, we will follow the directions of Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden.
